Ralph Wilson, DDS, MS
Dr. Wilson is a board certified periodontist with three practice locations in the Phoenix metropolitan area. His practice is limited to periodontics and surgical placement of implants. He has been a speaker at the annual AAP meetings and has publications in dental as well as cancer journals. Dr. Wilson has spoken on topics such as dental implants, piezoelectric bone surgery, and dental lasers at local, state, and national meetings. He is a full-time private practitioner but is involved with research on laser treatment of periodontitis, novel uses of piezoelectric bone surgery, and a novel sinus lift protocol.

Ilya Benjamin, DMD
Dr. Benjamin, a co-founder of ICEi, has been practicing in Henderson, NV since 2001. Although he is a general dentist, his practice focuses on full mouth rehabilitation utilizing surgical placement of implants. In his opinion, mastering procedures such as sinus lift or bone augmentation are not only requirements, but crucial tools for successful osseo-integration. Currently Dr. Benjamin is seeking to add IV-Sedation procedure as well as Cone Beam technology to his practice.

Dennis Cufone, DDS
Since graduating from USC Dental School in 1989, I have focused on building a practice that reflects my lifestyle. I love coming to work every day so I must have been successful! Utilizing cutting edge technology and basic common sense, we help our patients understand all of their options, and choose the best treatment for them. Continuing education is important to me and we attend many lectures yearly. One of my highlights was attending advanced reconstruction courses with Extreme Makeovers, Dr. Bill Dorfman. That knowledge has inspired me to perform these procedures for local women’s shelters as well as our patients. It has also prompted me to start sharing my knowledge and experience with others. I now lecture nationally to doctors about dental implants and esthetic all-porcelain restorations and to dental teams about patient communication with my wife, Jessica. In my spare time I love to play golf, play my drums and spend time with my family. I have two incredible daughters and now, an 18 year old African Grey parrot that can sing the USC fight song, and have adopted a boxer puppy named Lola into our family.

Phil McElfresh
Phil McElfresh is a partner in DW Dental Laboratory in Phoenix, AZ. With a background that includes twelve years of experience with dental implant manufacturers, his expertise includes case evaluation, treatment recommendations and surgical guide fabrication. As Lab Liaison for ICEi, Phil offers his assistance throughout each course, and is there to ensure that the needs of all participants are being met.

Eleonora Bainer, Esq
For the past five years, Ms. Bainer has been helping dentists with various issues encountered in practice of dentistry – from vendor complaints to Dental Board actions. She has knowledge of dental terminology and inner works of dental practice that most attorneys don’t possess. This makes Ms. Bainer a valuable ally to dental professionals in day-to-day practice as well as in situations requiring legal representation.
